Visiting Students (non-Emory students) who accept the invitation and plan to participate in the MD-SEE program must complete the visiting student application. Please log in to your application using the OISP PORTAL LOGIN at the top of the screen.
Once the visiting student application has been completed and entered into the Emory OPUS system, your OPUS student account, NetID and password will be established. Your OPUS user id and password will be emailed to you.
The Emory Card is the official identification of Emory University and is managed by Student Financial Services. You can upload your picture for your Emory Card by clicking here. Be sure to read the Photo Submission Guidelines on the Student Financial Services website.
The deadline to successfully upload your photo is Friday, May 12th, 2017 by 7:59 a.m. There will be time to get your Emory Card during Orientation if you do not meet this deadline. The Emory Card office is located on the first floor of the Boisfeuillet Jones Building, Room 101. The office is open Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. and can be contacted by phone, 404-727-6095.
All vehicles on campus must be registered. You will have to register your car in person at Transportation and Parking Services in the Starvine Parking Deck on the Clairmont Campus. The Parking Office is open Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. until 4:3- p.m. You must have your Emory Card to register your car. The Parking Office can be reached by phone at 404-727-7275 or by email, email@example.com. Shuttles ‘C’ and ‘E’ from the main campus will take you to Starvine Parking deck on the Clairmont Campus.
WPEC & SAAC
Your enrollment entitles you to use the facilities at the Woodruff PE Center (WoodPEC) on the main campus and the Student Activity and Academic Center (SAAC) on the Clairmont campus. You gain access to these facilities with your Emory Card.
WPEC has a gym, swimming pool, tennis courts, racquetball courts, climbing wall, and indoor track. The SAAC has a gym, swimming pool and tennis courts.
