Financial Aid – What is a typical award amount?
Financial aid is limited and a typical award ranges from $1400 - $2500 based on demonstrated financial need.
What do the tuition and fees cover?
The tuition and fees cover all aspects of the program except for housing, meals and incidentals. The program fee covers all the co-curricular aspects of the program.
Do you accept international students?
If you have an F1 visa from another institution, then you are eligible. Emory cannot issue the F1 visa at this time.
If I haven’t had the requisite courses, can I still apply?
Yes, you may still apply, but realize that you might not be competitive in a very competitive pool of applicants.
If I have received my undergraduate degree, am I eligible for the Emory MD-SEE Program?
The Emory MD-SEE Program is for current undergraduate students only. If you have received your undergraduate degree, you are not eligible.
What is the dress code?
You will spend part of the program in a clinical environment. It is important to be professionally dressed (no sneakers or jeans). Please also bring casual wear for lectures, free time, and weekend excursions. You are required to have a short, white lab coat.
Where can I find the syllabus for this course?

When will I know my clinical assignment?
You will find out your clinical assignment on the first day of the program at Orientation.
Do I need a car?
Emory has a shuttle service that will take you to most main points on campus. There are shuttles to all of the clinical sites. However, the transportation schedule might be reduced for the summer. Please click here [link to transportation portion of website] for more detailed information.
Does my car have to be registered to park on campus?
Yes, all vehicles on Emory’s campus must be registered. This must be done in person and you must have your EmoryCard, Emory identification. Please click here for more detailed information about obtaining a parking pass.
Do I have to live on campus?
No, you do not have to live in the residential halls on Emory’s campus.
